The majority of artists work obsessive hours without taking the proper time to eat, hydrate or exercise. Sitting six -plus hours per day associated with many diseases.

Here are some solutions:

1. Set a timer around every 20 – 30 minutes and move around.

2. Stretch every 1 hour

3. Keep a water bottle of water near by.

4. Raw veggies during break

5. Take a real break during lunch time.
